PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & MISSED SESSION POLICY:
1) SESSION EXPIRATION
All purchased sessions expire 4 months from the date of purchase.
2) SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY
As soon as you know you can not attend a session. Do not delay!

Weekday sessions must be cancelled prior to 11:ooam the day of the lesson
to avoid being charged for the session.
Saturday sessions must be cancelled Friday night prior to 6:00pm
to avoid being charged for the session.
3) SESSION BEGIN/END TIMES
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to beginning of the session
and pickup by the end of the session. Thank You
Sessions run from the scheduled begin time to the scheduled end time, typically on the hour.
Late arrivals are unable to receive makeup time at the end of the scheduled session
as it will run into the next scheduled session. Late arrival sessions are not pro-rated.
4) SESSION LENGTHS
Tutors work in increments of 1 hour per session.
Multiple hours can be scheduled i.e., 1 hour or 2 hour sessions.
Under some circumstances, 90 minute sessions may be scheduled,
depending upon the tutor and time availability.
5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payments are due as soon as a session time is reserved.
Until payment is received the scheduled session is only reserved.
(This means the session can be given to another student if payment has not been completed)
When payment is made the session is confirmed and finalized.
Forms of payment are credit/debit cards on our website.
We do not accept payments at the center.
Once sessions are purchased refunds in the form of cash, check or credit are not available.
In certain circumstances, as determined by the director, credits toward session may be applied.
Package sessions can be used by siblings in the same household,
sessions will not be honored if sold or gifted to a student outside of the purchasers household.
